State Key Laboratory has six divisions temporarily, in the future it may be needed to expand more divisions and sub-centers. 4、Innovative lighting application technology research department
Focused on solving the innovative application of technology research of semiconductor lighting on agriculture, disease treatment, optical Internetworking, aviation, aerospace and other cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary areas, and develop new lighting basic research and the establishment of standards.
5、The use of intellectual property and strategic research department
Focused on the use of intellectual property and Strategic semiconductor lighting research work, the main research contents include dynamic monitoring of industrial development, policy and regulations research, continuous patent strategy research and establish patent early warning mechanisms, establish patent pools and strengthen the patent achievements.
6、Comprehensive and operation management department
Responsible for laboratory-related project management, finance, personnel, administration and other public affairs management and services, including: laboratory financial independent accounting management, preparation of the annual financial budget, laboratory organization, job settings and adjustments, the establishment and improvement of the personnel system, personnel recruitment, selection and introduction work, personnel employment related management work, Administration and management of public affairs and service work. Establish laboratory internal quality management system and related quality management systems, responsible for the effective real-time monitoring for the department working system, overall responsibility for the quality management system’s development and management, and organize and implement quality management system audit and certification work.
