Usage
It combines the functions of digital generator and pulser, shorts the time of complicated test process, simplifies low-tremulous production, contains high precision clock signal and multichannel parallel or serial data. Modularized platform could allocate performance tools conveniently. Moreover, 8 undercurrent and independent controlled current output could replace external power supply.
